Fall Workout program, with limited equipment, boot camp style program
Hello Atlanta Fitness group, this is a sample workout that I did for one of my clients to do in between the regular workouts.
5 minutes stretching and warmup, wall stretch
Arm circles 40 forward, 40 backward
20-40 minutes cardio: treadmill, elliptical etc.
80 regular crunches
60 side crunches right side, left side
80 Bicycle crunches
pushups close grip tricep 15-25
Calf Raiese 30-40 on a elevated serface,such as stairs
pushups wide grip 15-25
25-30squats with weights
!5-20 tricep dips
100-300 reps done in 4- 8 sets of 40-60 reps spread throughout the workout
Minute or 2 of post workout stretching
